BFSC is governed by a volunteer board of directors elected annually by club members. Board meetings are open to all members.
The Binghamton Figure Skating Club is governed by its four Officers and three Governors. These are elected each year at the Spring All-Members meeting for a term of one year. For the 2026-2027 skating season, they are:
